You can book through our website contact form, call us at (214) 555-0182, or simply walk in during business hours. We recommend booking in advance for weekends — especially for nail art and extension appointments, which book out quickly.
A classic manicure takes 30–45 minutes. Gel manicures run 45–60 minutes. Spa pedicures are 75–90 minutes. Nail art and extension appointments vary from 90 minutes to 2+ hours depending on complexity. We'll give you a time estimate when you book.
Yes, we welcome walk-ins based on availability. For guaranteed time with a specific artist or for nail art and extension services, we strongly recommend booking ahead. Weekday mornings tend to have the most walk-in availability.
We exclusively use professional-grade, HEMA-free gel systems and premium polish brands including OPI, Essie, and CND Shellac. All tools are hospital-grade sterilized, and we use single-use files, buffers, and pedicure liners for your safety.
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a 50% service fee. We understand life happens — please call us as early as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
